Damage During Shipping
All items are carefully packaged with attention to detail and insured. In the rare instance an item has been damaged during shipping, the USPS and 3rd party insurers require that all packaging materials and damaged items are photographed and saved until the insurance claim is fully processed. You MUST comply with these requirements. If these conditions are not met and the Postal Service or insurer dismisses the claim, A Kitsch is Just a Kitsch is not responsible for damages or refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is Lost or Stolen I will be happy to file an insurance claim with the post office. I cannot guarantee the outcome of such a claim, and therefore cannot guarantee a refund.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
