In the rare instance an item has been damaged during shipping, the USPS and 3rd party insurers require that all packaging materials and damaged items are photographed and saved until the insurance claim is fully processed. If a package is Lost or Stolen I will be happy to file an insurance claim with the post office. I cannot guarantee the outcome of such a claim, and therefore cannot guarantee a refund.
